I suggest you to host a web in a server location where matches your website's information and language. This is, if you aims at mainly doing the service for Hong Kong users, then you 'd better have your hosting server in Hong Kong. The reason is, when a Hong Kong user searches some related products on Google, the Google will automatically ignore all the other webs from other countries. Reaching the keywords for your website
Before declaring your website online, you have to know well about the keywords that your users intend to type on search engine. Giving the website of yahoo, you would probably know more.
